We are so excited that you have set aside time out of your busy schedule to come shop with us! We believe shopping for your wedding dress is more than just shopping for a dress. It is an experience we cultivate to ensure you have wonderful memories to share with your loved ones!
Since you don’t go wedding dress shopping every day, this process can be a bit daunting and we are here to ease any worries you may have and answer your questions!
I am Autumn, the owner of One Fine Day and I am Gabi, the sales manager here at One Fine Day! We are always available to talk to you ahead of your appointment about any fears or concerns you might have or any questions you need answered!
So, first things first we promise we will have fun at your appointment. You’ll find all the women who work here to be warm, friendly and empathetic.
You’ll be working one-on-one with your bridal consultant and when you first arrive you’ll sit down with them and have a short chat about your wedding day! What you have planned, what your vision is and what you think you envision your wedding dress to look like if you have an idea!
Next, you and your consultant will go shopping! We’ll show you some dresses that, based on the details you shared during your chat, fit your bridal vision! We start off with 5-6 dresses as that gives us a really good idea of what shapes you’re liking, which details speak to you and from that we are able to help you pull in additional styles or really hone in on your bridal look!
It’s very common to get down to 2 dresses that you really love. We like to have you put those two dresses on, back to back, and show you some veils and accessories. We want to help you envision your total look on your wedding day!
When you find the dress that you’re going to wear on your wedding day, it is just ½ down to make it yours! The balance is due 30 days after the dress arrives to our boutique and you will get an email from us after selecting your gown that has a ship date and additional information. We do have payment plans available and if this best suits your needs just let us know and we can give you more information!
Becoming a One Fine Day Bride is about so much more than the dress. We are for you in whatever you need! Do you have a question about choosing a dress for bridesmaids located across the country? Tips: If you have any pictures from our Instagram page or website, bring those in and show us! Also, some girls will wear a strapless bra but the majority decide to go without as all our dresses have support built into them. Also, this is a friendly reminder to wear your full coverage underwear.
Think about who you want to bring. You want to be sure you are bringing those loved ones who’s opinions you really want!
Be prepared to fall in love. It is going to happen when you least expect it and, honestly, that is one of the most beautiful things about this process. We promise you will find a dress that causes a jump in your heart and butterflies in your stomach. Every bride’s story of finding her wedding dress is different and we cannot wait to help you have you story!
