Tell us about yourself!

I have worked at One Fine Day for 5 months and I have loved every moment! It is such a gratifying job and it makes my heart so happy to help a bride find the dress of her dreams. There have been so many friendships made in such a short time at the boutique and I cannot wait for the many more to come! Outside of work I absolutely love spending time with my beautiful family, I have the most amazing and supportive parents, two older sisters, and a younger brother. I also am engaged to an incredible (& very handsome) man named Tyler and I am marrying him in October of 2020 and couldn’t possibly be more excited. Currently I am a full-time student at Purdue Fort Wayne and am in their Dental Laboratory Technology Program. I also love shopping sales, spending time outside, crafting, and cuddling with the family dog, Lucy.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I hate to admit it but I am a sucker for a reality TV show! The crazier the better! I also love fried pickles!

What is the one accessory every bride should wear?

Easy! A veil! I have seen plenty of brides pass on a veil and still look absolutely stunning with a pair of statement earrings or head piece, but I say do it all! There is just something about when I put a veil on a bride that give me goose bumps and brings tears to my eyes every time. It feels like they are transforming from “beautiful girl in beautiful dress” to “bride”.

What bridal look do you love?

I will forever love a classic bridal look. There is something about a classic dress that is just so timeless and stunning. However, I also love when a bride is daring and goes with something super modern and unique, like one of our sparkly horsehair skirt gowns!

What's your favorite dessert?

I could never pick just one! If anyone offered me a slice of cheesecake or some ice cream I could never say no (to any flavor ever).

Where would you love to travel to?

Ireland! I have always wanted to go since I was younger and my grandparents would tell me about all of their travels there. The pictures of the scenery blow my mind and I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be in person. Tyler and I both have Irish ancestry, so we hope to go there together someday!
