Samantha, myself (Autumn), Alex, Paige and Emily feel very strongly about fostering genuine moments of connection, celebrating your love story and empowering you to make the best decision for yourself!
The History of
One Fine Day
One Fine Day Bridal is truly my own personal love story! Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I always knew I wanted to create something meaningful on my own—I just hadn’t discovered what that “something” was.
I’ve always been captivated by the magic of wedding dresses and the special moment in life they represent—a time filled with love, joy, and the promise of a beautiful future. With that passion quietly inspiring me, I began sketching out a dream business. I reached out to designers, crafted a business plan, and slowly but surely, the vision of One Fine Day came to life.
When brides ask if I love what I do, my answer is always the same: “It may sound corny, but this is what I was put on this earth to do.” I believed that with my whole heart when our doors opened, and after 13 wonderful years of celebrating love stories, I still feel the exact same way today.
At One Fine Day, we don’t just help brides find their dream wedding dress—we celebrate them and their unique love story. Because every bride deserves to feel beautiful, cherished, and ready to step into the next chapter of her life with confidence and joy.
We are big believers in showing brides a curated selection of beautiful wedding dresses from designers who love brides as much as we do. We don’t believe in over-crowding, showing you anything we don’t personally love and we absolutely want you to touch the dresses. They like being told they’re pretty!
When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll sit down with your personal bridal consultant and you will talk with her about your wedding! She’ll then take you back to your dressing room and have you relax for a couple minutes while she pulls some amazing dresses for you to try on! She will help you into the dress and be there with you as you show your family and friends!
Finding your dress is both a head and a heart decision. We will empower you to make that decision and create an amazing and memorable experience with those you love! Our collection starts around $1,750 and goes up to $4,000 with our try-on samples ranging bridal size 8-30.
Your wedding dress is custom made for you so it will take 4-6 months to come in! If you need your wedding dress sooner than that, we have you covered! You are always welcome to shop our in-house collection of off the rack dresses and take your dress with you the same day as your appointment. We also have 2 other quick options – and in stock program and 2 different rush options. We will be able to get you your dream dress, with no stress, on time!
Alterations are always to be expected on your wedding dress! Common alterations include shortening straps, hem, bustle and some adjustment in the bust area or hips on a fitted dress. These are always a separate cost and you’ll want to talk to your preferred seamstress to get an idea of the price range. We refer our brides to a number of seamstresses in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area!
When your dress arrives we’ll walk through some of the potential alterations you could have done. We’ll help arm you with the knowledge you need to ensure you feel confident about your wedding dress alterations.
